I was on a downward spiral! I was so uncomfortable – especially in the summer. I’d get a friction rash between my legs; I hated my arms. That’s when I began to let go. I didn’t care anymore.
Then I read about Dr. Nugent’s Genetic Key Diet (Low Glycemic Eating program) and had hope again. I was convinced this program would help me.
Here I am 65 pounds lighter and four dress sizes smaller. I felt like a brand new person with a new lease on life!
I can help you do the same in less than 90 days! Let’s chat. Be your own success story!

Thanks for visiting my new website
Welcome to my blog!
This month’s blog is on Gratitude.
Let’s give Thanks!
Will you be Selfish or How about Selfless this Thanksgiving?
Selfish: Will you sit around and complain how fat you are and you just can’t seem to fit into last year’s pants anymore?
Selfless: How about going for a walk with at least one family member and tell them how grateful you are for them?
Selfish: Will you complain about how the kids don’t come home to visit during the holidays like you did or do with your parents?
Selfless: How about thanking God that your child is still alive and well.
Selfish: Will you stuff yourself like a Turkey and just lay on the couch and veg?
Selfless: How about taking the things that you really want to eat in small portions and get some steps on your pedometer by getting off your butt and clear the table or pick up people’s trash.
Selfish: Will you be captivated by Football all day?
Selfless: How about touching and captivating 11 people today and telling them something that you appreciate about them.
Selfish or Selfless…..hmm….at the end of the day….which one would you rather be?
Think about it, but not too long
, and give Thanks!
